Experience in an office environment in manufacturing setting required; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications; good keyboarding skills; ability to answer multiple phone lines professionally; basic Math skills; capable of operating various types of office equipment (fax, copier, computer, label-maker, etc.); ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented; make be required to lift 30 lbs.
Description of Duties:
- Takes direction from Office Supervisor and Management
- Performs data entry of customer shipping requirements to produce necessary paperwork for shipments
- Produces labels for Shipping
- Assists with registering visitors and customers, ensures that they are provided with the required safety protection for entering the plant, and contacts the party they are to meet with efficiently and courteously
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Quickbooks data entry
- Performs various administrative duties as requested
- Other duties as required
